REGISTRATION October 31st, 2022, for early registration discounts
DEADLINE: January 13th, 2023, for show registration
**Applications will be accepted until the expo is filled.
BOOTH FEE: Standard Single (8' x 10') Booth $500.00 ($400.00 if registered by October 31st, 2022)
Standard Double (8' x 20') Booth/Food truck $750.00 ($650.00 if registered by October 31st, 2022)
Each single booth includes one 8' x 30" draped table, one chair, and signage.
Electricity is available for $15.00 per booth.
**Note: You must provide your own extension cord(s).
FOOD VENDORS: All food vendors must submit a valid health permit for the state of Wisconsin.
SELECTION: Applications will be reviewed by Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center staff on an individual basis. Vendors will be accepted into the expo as applications are received with consideration as to the number of similar types of vendors who applied.
NFS CHECKS: ALL non-sufficient fund checks will be assessed a $35.00 service charge.
REFUNDS: NO refunds will be made once you are confirmed as a vendor into the expo.
PARKING: Vendors must park their vehicles in an assigned parking area by 11:00 AM.
